With the latest and more recent MacBooks, the keyboard design has changed dramatically and replacing a keyboard now requires some serious experience.  Therefore, we recommend asking the help of a savvy technician with lots of experience. One mistake when attempting to remove the logic board to replace the defective keyboard on the newer MacBook models could cause the entire MacBook not to turn on again after.
